We will require an invoice or statement with our client’s names and amount charged listed so that we can bill them appropriately at the end of the month. We prefer to pay via ACH (direct deposit). It takes 3-5 days to process but pays weekly. If you cannot receive ACH, we can pay via credit card. Dorvie's default payment term is 30 days Price changes happen, if you must do so, we ask that you give us 60 days notice so that we can update our clients’ billing Both parties agree that upon payment, Dorvie will retain 8% of the final invoice amount as a transaction fee, never to exceed $75. This excludes down payments or deposits You agree that you will not disclose any information that is proprietary to Dorvie, including quoted prices, to other parties. This remains in effect during the agreement as well as after termination. We both agree to protect, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the other's employees and associates Violations of this contract include failure to make a payment by either party, bankruptcy, failure to deliver services, and/or either party's assets being seized by creditors or the government
